Associate Member Organisations

The ACE Electoral Knowledge Network requires the contribution of a diversity of organization strengths to fulfill its mission. An organisation may formally become an ACE Associate Member if it is invited by the ACE partnership and accepts any or all of the following roles and responsibilities:

  • provide regional enhancement of web site material in the form of case studies, sample materials, data and expertise;
  • contribute to the strengthening of regional networking;
  • facilitate language translation of material;
  • second staff or provide resources to the "Ask a Question" facility;
  • identify candidates for participation in fellowship and training programmes;
  • host and participate in policy development forums in topic areas;
  • participate in regional ACE-related forums and in relevant meetings of the ACE Management Committee (AMC);
  • collaborate with the ACE capacity development programme;
  • provide high quality technical and professional support to the ACE Project;
  • develop innovative activities for further strengthening of ACE;
  • participate in the practitioners’ network;
  • prepare papers and studies for ACE-related meetings and the practitioners’ network;
  • participate in ACE-related meetings, as requested by the AMC.
