ACE Steering Board

The ACE Electoral Knowledge Network is managed by a Steering Board and Management Committee comprised of staff from the ACE partner and associate member organizations.

The ACE Steering Board (ASB) is comprised of one senior representative from each partner institution. The ASB meets at least once annually. Key responsibilities of the ASB include:

  • Approving the overall strategic direction and policies of ACE;
  • Establishing priorities for annual work plans and budgets;
  • Advising on the execution of the programme;
  • Adopting relevant performance indicators and benchmarks; and
  • Performing oversight and an annual performance review.
