I work in the Elections and Political Processes Department at EISA and my activities focus mainly on the SADC Region. My areas of expertise are domestic observation, regional and international observation as well as election administration and electoral management. I represent EISA on the ACE Project Management Team. Other interests include gender and elections, women and politics and the role of civil society in democratisation. Before EISA I was with the Zimbabwe Election Support Network, a coalition of Zimbabwean NGO.
