Vladimir Pran
Vladimir Pran is working on elections for 15 years; his first engagement was with the Croatian People’s Party (HNS) where he worked over 5 years. In 1999 he joined GONG, a Croatian election monitoring organization, where he worked for over two years as a Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) manager and a Field Coordinator. In 2001 Vladimir served as the acting secretary of the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations. Following several short-term consultations with the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, he joined NDI in 2001 to work on the Kosovo parliamentary elections. Vladimir has since worked on election programs in over a dozen countries in the Balkans, the Caucasus, Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East including West Bank and Gaza where he is currently managing IFES’ Palestinian Electoral Assistance Program. Vladimir Pran holds BA in Political Sciences from University of Zagreb.
