Indonesia: First ANFREL pre-election observation report from Aceh (2006)

ANFREL sent a team of ten observers from Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Thailand, South Korea, Pakistan and America to observe the December 2006 elections in Aceh. The areas of observation covered; Banda Aceh, Biruen, Aceh Selatan, Aceh Takengon, Aceh Barat, Nagan Raya, Aceh Barat Daya, Kota Langsa, Aceh Timur and Aceh Tamiang. This report is a first pre-election report completed in November 2006
