Armenia: Joint Assessment OSCE-ODIHR-COE on Amendments to the Electoral Code

A joint assessment conducted by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the European Commission for Democracy Through Law (Venice Commission, Council of Europe) on the "Amendments to the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia adopted in the first reading on 7 May 2002".
