Challenges of Election Technologies and Procedures (OSCE 2005)

Report from the first OSCE Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting (SHDM) of 2005 devoted to the topic of elections and entitled “Challenges of Election Technologies and Procedures”. The meeting took place 21-22 April in Vienna, and brought together 212 participants, including 35 representatives of 27 nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).
