Mongolia: Final Report, Parliamentary Elections, IRI (2000) This report was published by the International Republican Institute, as a result of their mission to observe the 2000 parliamentary elections. The report focuses primarily on the pre-election period, presenting also the Election Day observations. The 2000 elections were a fundamental steps towards the consolidation of the Mongolian democratic process, initiated with the Democratic Revolution of 1990. IRI, however, reported several flaws and weaknesses in the process, and made thorough recommendations to reform the election framework.

Mongolia: Final Report, Parliamentary Elections, IRI (2008) This electoral observation report was published by the International Republican Institute (IRI). IRI, in collaboration with the Mongolian General Elections Commission, observed the 2008 parliamentary elections in this country. The report briefly presents the pre-election environment, and the voting operations on the Election Day. Finally, IRI makes a few recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the electoral process, mostly regarding the vote counting operations.
