What's New on ACE

"Focus on ... Effective Electoral Assistance". This ACE "Focus on..." addresses the issue of effective electoral assistance. It builds upon International IDEA's publication of the conclusions of the "Effective Electoral Assistance Conference" held in Ottawa, Canada, in 2006, under the auspices of International IDEA and the Canadian International Development Agency.

Information Resources

	In the frame of the project "Non armis, sed vi suffragiorum" (By the authority of the ballot, not the force of the bullet), the ACEEEO issued a Handbook on Youth Voters' education. There is a CD enclosed, which contains interactive education materials, interactive quizzes and interesting annexes (available in English, Spanish, German, Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovakian, Hungarian).
	Ten Years of Democratic Chaos - Electoral Processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1996 to 2006, Essays, Analyses and Comments (available in English) Ph. D. Suad Arnautovic, member of the Electoral Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued his first book recently.
