Number of observers at elections in Belarus may be reduced, BELTA (2008)

An official statement was made by Secretary of the Central Election Commission of Belarus Nikolai Lozovik, who believes it is possible to consider the possibility of reducing the number of international observers sent to monitor elections in Belarus.
