Voter education flyers with information on the parliamentary elections were sent to Aswatna NGO members for dissemination to voters in Upper Egypt, and the North Coast, in addition to flyers sent to NGOs within the Aswan NGO Federation. Additional flyers were distributed directly to voters outside of polling stations, and given to political parties and candidates to distribute to party members and other stakeholders.
