Comments: The Revolutionary Command Council constitutes the supreme authority in the Libyan Arab Republic. The Revolutionary Command Council appoints the President and the Council of Ministers.

Question:How is the Head of Government selected?
Answer: e. Appointed
Comments: The Revolutionary Command Council appoints the President and the Council of Ministers. It may appoint deputies for the Prime Minister and Ministers without portfolio. It may discharge the Premier and Ministers and accept their resignation. But the resignation of the Premier carries with it the resignation of all Ministers.
