Togo: Ruling party tops elections (APAnews)

Based on the partial and provisional results released Wednesday by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the Rally of the Togolese People (RPT, ruling party) is the leading winner of last Sunday’s legislative elections, obtaining at least 49 seats, representing over half of the 81 seats at the parliament.
