Youth perspectives can be mainstreamed throughout the entire EMB organization and throughout all electoral processes. Mainstreaming in this case means the systematic integration of youth perspectives into the work of all policies and processes. Just as EMBs are now more than ever mainstreaming gender equality, they can follow this same approach with a youth perspective. Doing so requires the allocation of a proportion of all relevant departmental budgets to youth inclusion.
