- PRESIDENTE DEL JNE VISITA A LOS JURADOS ELECTORALES ESPECIALES
- Los exhorta a resolver con transparencia, prontitud y de acuerdo a ley PRESIDENTE DEL JNE VISITA A LOS JURADOS ELECTORALES ESPECIALES Los organismos instalados con motivo de la revocatoria vienen resolviendo actas observadas por el centro de cómputo de las ODPE El presidente del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones, doctor Francisco Távara Córdova, inició las visitas a los Jurados Electorales Especiales a fin de exhortar a los magistrados y al personal jurisdiccional pronunciarse con prontitud, transparencia y de acuerdo a ley respecto de las actas observadas que les hayan sido remitidas con motivo de la reciente consulta de revocatoria. Durante los recorridos, la autoridad electoral conversó con el presidente y los miembros de dichos órganos sobre la forma en qué se viene encarando la labor de revisión de las actas observadas que les llegó del centro de cómputo de las Oficinas Descentralizadas de Procesos Electorales (ODPE). El mayor porcentaje de estos documentos presentan errores materiales, sobre todo por la suma inadecuada de los votos. La menor cantidad tiene datos ilegibles o incompletos. El titular del JNE escuchó algunos pedidos de los magistrados y del personal jurisdiccional, quienes señalaron que la atención de los mismos permitirá agilizar el tratamiento de las actas observadas, requerimientos de los cuales el doctor Távara Córdova tomo nota. Asimismo, ofreció diversas indicaciones para mejorar la eficacia en la atención de estos documentos derivados el proceso de revocatoria de autoridades municipales de Lima Metropolitana, Ate y Pucusana. A la fecha el doctor Távara Córdova visitó el Primer JEE de Lima Este (La Molina), el Tercero de Lima Oeste (Surco), así como el Primero (San Juan de Miraflores) y Segundo de Lima Sur (Villa María del Triunfo). Cabe precisar que los JEE tienen entre sus funciones emitir las resoluciones sobre actas observadas (con error material, incompletas, sin datos, ilegibleS). Solo las actas apeladas son derivadas al Pleno del JNE para la resolución definitiva.
