An election petition may be presented on the ground that:
(a) a person was elected who was not qualified or was disqualified at the time of the election
(b) a corrupt or illegal practice was committed in connection with the election
(c) the election was affected by non-compliance with the provisions of the Law
(d) a person was elected knowing that such person had, within the preceding seven years, been convicted or found guilty of a corrupt practice by a Court or by a report of an Electoral Court
(e) a candidate at the time of his election was not eligible
(f) an objection to nomination papers ought not to have been accepted or the declaration of such papers as invalid under Article 21 ought not to have been made
