Comments:
Any political organisation or coalition of political organisations shall introduce a closed list of its candidates. The closed list of the candidates of a political organisation or coalition of political organisations shall comprise of a maximum of eighty (80) candidates. The list of candidates of a political organisation or coalition of political organisations shall be accompanied by a statement bearing the signatures of the members of the supreme organ of the political organisation or coalition of political organisations, having determined the list. The lists of candidates shall be submitted to the National Electoral Commission at least thirty five days (35) before the polling day.

Independent candidature for legislative elections shall be considered as an individual closed list. All candidatures are presented at national level.
