Comments: Art. 14: Elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus shall be held within the united constituency comprising the whole territory of the Republic of Belarus. Art. 15: 110 electoral circuits are created for the holding of elections of deputies of the House of Representatives on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
