Comments:	In accordance with the provisions of the electoral legislation, polling stations abroad may operate only in those cities where the number of voters submitting such a declaration exceeds fifty (50) for the Presidential Elections and the Elections of Members of the European Parliament, or thirty (30) per Electoral District (Province) for the Parliamentary Elections.

Answer(s):	a. Manually marking of ballots
Comments:	Elections, declarations may be submitted either electronically, via the website aps.elections.moi.gov.cy, or in printed. For the submission of a printed declaration, you can download and print the form posted at the bottom of the page or obtain it from the Embassies / Consulates of the Republic abroad, at the local Offices of the District Administrations, the Citizens Service Centers, the Citizens Centers (Cyprus Post), and at the Ministry of the Interior.
