Question:What are the criteria for allocating free broadcast time and/or free printed advertisement space to political parties?
Answer(s): a. Equal regardless of size of party and previous performance
Comments: The State, through the budget of the National Electoral Council, will exclusively finance the campaign propaganda in the written press, radio, television and billboards of political organizations, which will not be able to pay for advertising in the media.
