Article 144
Per two representatives of the national public service media, the government and
political parties that have MPs shall determine the number and duration of program items for
the presentation of the submitters of the proclaimed electoral lists.
The agreement on the number and duration of program items for the presentation of
the submitters of the proclaimed electoral lists shall be concluded no later than five days from
the day when the decision on calling elections came into force and shall be published on the
website without delay.
National public service media, with the participation of representatives of the
Government, political parties that have MPs and submitters of proclaimed electoral lists, shall
determine rules for the presentation of submitters of proclaimed electoral lists, election
programs and MP candidates.
