Comments: Air time available to candidates is divided into two (02) fractions whose quota is determined by the media regulatory body: A fraction of the time divided equally between all political parties, coalition of political parties or independent persons representing the lists of candidates; A fraction of airtime allocated proportionally taking to account the parliamentary representation of political parties with presented lists of candidates.​
