Respuestas Combination of a. and b. (Parallel System) - 25 multi-member constituencies (for 182 seats) covering the 23 governorates of the country (the most densely populated two governorates (Tunis and Sfax) each comprise two constituencies). The total number of seats is fixed at one seat per 52,000 inhabitants. The number of seats per constituency is also fixed at one seat for every 65,000 inhabitants. - One nationwide constituency for the remaining 19 seats.
