Respuestas The single-mandate constituencies shall be formed by the Central Election Commission with approximately an equal number of voters in each constituency of the entire territory of Ukraine. Upon proposals of respectively the Verkhovna Rada of the autonomous Republic of Crimea, Oblast, Kyiv and Sevastopol City Radas, taking into account the territorial-administrative division of Ukraine and density of national minority populations. Single-mandate constituencies shall consist of approximately equal number of voters, deviations of the voters in such a constituency from the estimated average number of the voters all over the Ukraine may not exceed 10 %
