Réponses Candidates are free to organise their election campaigns in accordance with the law and the constitution, which means that each candidate must respect the freedom of opinion of others, adhere to sustaining national unity and must not interfere in the campaigns of other candidates. Every candidate will have equal space to hang election posters and banners. The law prohibits the holding of festivals or gatherings, or the distribution of gifts near ballot stations, as this will be considered an illegal approach to electors. Equality of media coverage is guaranteed for all candidates under the law.
