Réponses This is with the exception of the Chairman of the SEC (State Election Commission), who is the Minister of the Interior. The other members are appointed by the Chairman from each ministry of the government and serve for an unspecified period. The position of the Chairman depends on the results of the elections to the House of Deputies.
