Some provisions regarding the Constituency Boundaries Commission and the Electoral Commission are embodied in the Constitution. Nevertheless, specific regulations exist on administrative provisions and procedures for elections: House of Assembly (Elections) Act and Registration of Electors Act, as well as subsidiary legislation: House of Assembly (Elections) Regulations and Registration of Electors Regulations.
