Question:Is there a maximum amount that a political party is permitted to spend on paid advertising during a campaign period?
Answer: b. No
Comments: Advertising and production expenses for radio and television messages are included within the limits of campaign costs. Such limits must be estimated for each general electoral process by the National Electoral Council and monitored by the Financing, Transparency and Control Unit.
