When are ballots recounted?
Question:Under what conditions are ballots recounted?
Answer(s): f. Other
Comments: The Board of the Independent High Electoral Commission has the right to issue an order to recount and sort the ballot papers and count the votes of a particular center, or take any other suitable measure any time prior to results certification.
