Comments: Every person who desires and is entitled to be registered as an elector in any ward may make application in person to the Electoral Officer for the electoral district who shall, if he is satisfied that the applicant is entitled to be registered as an elector for the ward and is not registered as an elector in another ward, whether in that electoral district or elsewhere, enter the applicant's name and the date in the register of elections for that ward.
