The Court of Appeal shall have and exercise jurisdiction to try election petitions in respect of the election to the membership of Parliament. The hearing and determination of a proceeding relating to the election of the President shall be by at least five Judges of the Supreme Court of whom, unless he otherwise directs, the Chief Justiceshall be one.
