When are ballots recounted?


Question:Under what conditions are ballots recounted?
Answer(s): e. Court order
Comments: Any voter may file an appeal with the Administrative Court against the election that took place in their municipality. The appeal must be filed within five days from the date of the proclamation of the result, under penalty of being time-barred.
