Comments: No free broadcast time or free printed advertisement are allocated to political parties. Report of the Commonwealth Observer Group 2014, p.14: The Group was informed that the SIBC was not required to allocate free airtime to candidates. Further the Group recommended provision be made for free and equal campaign-related access to public broadcasters for all candidates.
