Answer(s): a. Equal regardless of size of party and previous performance
Comments: Every candidate for the office of the President of Zanzibar and political parties participating in an election shall have the right to use the state radio and television broadcasting service during the official period of election campaign. The political parties involved in the General Elections shall be allocated equitable air time to broadcast their programmes through state radio and television.
