Territorial election commissions are formed by the Central Election Commission, and precinct election commissions - by the relevant territorial election commissions. Based on the competition results, the Supreme Judicial Council shall recommend candidates for the vacant positions of the judges of local and other courts to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for appointment to office.
