1. Ballots shall be filled in by voters in a polling booth. While filling in the ballots, the presence of anybody in the polling booth, except the voter, shall be forbidden. (3)The ballot shall consist of a part used for voting and a part that shall remain on the ballot stub.

Article 95

12. The polling station shall be fitted out so that the places where ballots are issued, the places for secret voting and the ballot boxes are all located in the field of vision of members of the precinct election commission, observers.
Article 67. Ballot
1. Ballots shall be documents of strict accountability. Numbering of ballots shall not be allowed. The procedure for the printing of ballots, their quantity shall be established by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation not later than 32 days before voting day.
2. The form and the Russian text of the ballot shall be approved by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation not later than 32 days before voting day. The text shall be printed only on one side of the ballot. In the event of the repeat voting the text of the ballot and the quantity of the ballots shall be established by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation when the decision to hold the repeat voting is taken.
3. Ballots shall be produced with the use of special paper (paper with water marks or colored paper) or special paint. A ballot blank shall be provided with a micro-inscription or a protective grid printed thereon.
4. The surnames of registered candidates shall be arranged in the ballot in the alphabetical order; the ballot shall indicate the following information about each registered candidate:
1) the surname, first name and patronymic;
2) year of birth;
3) place of residence (name of the Subject of the Russian Federation, raion, city, other populated center);
4) the main place of work or service, position (occupation if there is no main place of work or service). If a candidate is a deputy and exercises his powers on a non-permanent basis, this fact and the name of the representative body;
5) if a candidate was nominated by a political party, an electoral bloc, the words "Nominated by the political party (electoral bloc)" and the abbreviated name of the political party, electoral bloc;
6) if a candidate nominated his candidature himself, the word "self-nominated";
7) if a candidate is registered on the basis of voter signatures the words "registered on the basis of voter signatures";
5. A blank box shall be placed to the right of the data of each registered candidate. A line reading "Against all candidates" with a blank box to the right thereof shall be placed at the end of the list of registered candidates.
6. If a registered candidate has a conviction that has not expired or has not been cancelled, the ballot shall indicate the information about his conviction. If a registered candidate has Russian Federation citizenship and foreign citizenship, the ballot shall indicate this fact and the name of the corresponding foreign state. The information about convictions and foreign citizenship shall be indicated in the ballot on the basis of the documents which were submitted to the election commission before approval of the text of the ballot.
7. Each ballot shall contain marking instructions.
8. Ballots shall be printed in the Russian language. Subject to a decision of the election commission of a Subject of the Russian Federation, ballots may be printed in the Russian language and in the official language of the given Subject of the Russian Federation, and, in the necessary cases, in the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation on the territories where they are concentrated. If ballots for an electoral precinct are printed in two or more languages, the text in the Russian language shall be printed on each ballot. The text of such ballot in the official language of the Subject of the Russian Federation and in the languages of peoples of the Russian Federation shall be approved by the election commission of the Subject of the Russian Federation not later than 27 days before voting day.

Article 13 Ballot
(1) One ballot shared by all Candidates for the President shall be produced. On the ballot the Candidates shall be listed in alphabetical order stating the second name, name and academic title, age, occupation and the municipality of their permanent residence.
(2) The ballot must be marked with a print of the Central Election Commission stamp and print of the official stamp of the Municipality and before the second name of each Candidate a little box must be printed for marking the votes.
(3) The Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic shall provide for production of the ballots and delivery of their necessary amount to the Municipality.
(4) The Municipality shall provide for delivery of the ballots to all Precinct Election Commissions on the election day no later than 2 hours before the start of the poll.
(5) The qualified voter shall receive the ballot in the polling station on the election day,

Each election ballot must contain the title and date of elections, the number of the territorial election constituency and the number of the polling station, with the except polling stations which were formed in exceptional cases in accordance with paragraph 7, article 12 of this Law, and a marked space for the signature of the member of the polling station election commission who is to issue the election ballot, as well as space for the stamp of the polling station election commission.
All registered candidates for President of Ukraine, in alphabetical order indicating his surname, first name, patronymic, year of birth, position (occupation), place of work and residence, party affiliation, and nominating entity shall be entered into the election ballot. In the event that a candidate was nominated by a party (bloc), the full name of the party (bloc) shall be indicated. A blank box is to be placed to the right of each candidate's name.
"I do not support any of the candidates for President of Ukraine" shall be indicated on all election ballots beneath the listing of candidates' names, and a blank box is to be placed to the right of this entry.
Each election ballot shall have a control check with a tear-off line to separate it from the rest of the ballot. A control check shall contain the title and date of elections, the number of the territorial election constituency, the number of the polling station besides polling stations which were formed in exceptional cases, as well as marked spaces for indicating the ordinal number of each voter on the list of voters, for the signature of the voter and the signature of the member of the polling station election commission who handed out the ballot.
An election ballot must not contain information about those candidates who withdrew from the election. In the event a candidate withdrew from the election after the ballots had been printed, the Central Election Commission shall adopt a decision regarding the introduction of changes to the election ballot and, if necessary, regarding its reprinting. If changes in the election ballot were made by crossing out the information on the person who had been a candidate, the polling station commission shall notify each voter about this when handing out the election ballot.
Election ballots must be printed on identical paper and be equal in size, color and content, and shall comply with the form established by the Central Election Commission. The ballot shall be printed on one sheet, and its text shall be placed on one side only.
