Criteria for drawing boundaries


Question:On what criteria are the boundaries drawn?
Answer(s): d. Conformity with local jurisdiction boundaries
Comments: Electoral constituencies with 8-12 representatives will be subdivided into two constituencies; those with 13-18 representatives will be subdivided into three constituencies; and those with 19 or more will be subdivided into four constituencies. Specifically, special constituencies overseas will be created with at least 300 Ecuadorian citizens, whom have to reside at the suggested area.
