The counting of election or referendum votes from a polling station shall be held in the presence of the head of the polling station committee at the premises of the General Committee. The counting of the votes for the party-lists shall be conducted at the General Committee of the constituency. However, the National Electoral Commission may decide to carry out vote counting at the polling stations.
