Comments: "22A.(1) Where the counting of votes (including any recount) has been completed and an equality of votes is found to exist between any candidates and the addition of a vote would entitle any of those candidates to be declared elected, a new poll shall be conducted as between those candidates on the day 21 days after the date of that election."
