Question: Are there any Legal Provisions for Direct Democracy Procedures at the national level?

Comments:
Particularly transcendent political decisions, as well as constitutional reforms to articles other than those in Chapter 1 of the Second Title of the Constitution ("Individual Rights"), will be submitted to consultation before all citizens, which will be called by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. Such reforms will only come into effect once they are ratified by popular consultation.
