When are ballots recounted?

Question:Under what conditions are ballots recounted?
Answer(s): d. By request
e. Court order
Comments: According to the Public Offices Election Act, the voters and candidates can appeal to the court when they have any objection to the electoral result. The court judges whether the result is valid or not. However, it does not mention recounting ballots. If candidates would like to request for a recount, they need to file a request to court for national elections or election councils for local elections.
