Respuestas j) See exceptions to (a) below Article 24-5, 6 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "On Elections": "5. In case the voter learns not later than thirty days before the elections that he/she will not have a possibility to arrive on the day of elections to the premises for voting where he/she is registered, the voter shall enjoy the right to resort to the local executive body in the place where the voter is staying with a written application to include him/her in the corresponding electoral register. 6. Students and post-graduate students who study in the day time and live in hostels are included in the electoral registers according to the location of their hostels."
