Question:Following the close of the voting, where are the votes first sorted and counted?
Answer: c. Special counting centres
Comments: Counting was conducted in a transparent, well-organised and fast manner in the counting centres/stations observed by EU EOM observers in the presence of representatives of political parties and independent groups and domestic observers.
