Comments:
For the purpose of the implementation of the present law, the country should be
divided into electoral districts based on the population density and geographical
area. A separate law, to be issued within two weeks from publication of the present
law, shall define the electoral districts. The High Electoral Commission is
responsible for organizing, managing and supervising the electoral process.
