Comments: The Office of the Mayor ran an election-awareness campaign which produced leaflets and posters which explained to voters the complicated voting procedures in a mixed voting system which allows votes to be cast for candidates from different lists. During the 2008 elections, the City Council conducted a campaign of voter education, distributing leaflets and posters that specified voting procedures.
