Comments: a) The Commission shall improve voter education, conduct trainings and research in this field and provide information to the public on election process and dates. d) The government shall be responsible for informing the people and provide them with information on questions to be asked during elections. g) Non-governmental organizations may raise voter education and knowledge and provide methodology and assistance for voters in exercising their rights, and the like to assist in holding a fair election as provided in laws.
