Respuestas a)Independant candidates need support of not less than 801 electors of his/her constituency. Political parties need only to register, no signature requirement. b) 10000 tugrugs (see specifications below). Parliament Election Law, article 25 Each candidate shall deposit 10000 tugrugs with the electoral district commission. The deposit shall be made to the election expense fund described in par. 5 of article 5 of this law (see below). If the candidate is elected to the State Great Hural the deposit shall be returned. If the candidate has not been elected but obtained votes not less than the average belonging to each candidate of the respective constituency, half of the deposit shall be returned. Parliament Election Law, article 5: "Independent candidates shall bear election expenses by themselves Parties, coalitions and independent candidates shall form an election fund and open an account with a bank and inform the General Election Commission of this action and announce it to the public This account shall be credited with - their own money and contributions from supporting organizations and individuals and transactions shall be made through the account. Individuals and organizations may take only monetary contributions for the election purpose and shall transfer them to the account of the election fund of the parties, coalitions and independent candidates."
