Frequency of voter education programs

Question:At the national level, how often are voter education programs conducted?
Answer: a. Continuously
Comments: Although not tasked by law with voter education the Independent Electoral Commission has treated its mandate to register voters to include civic and voter education using mass media and voter educators.
