Answer(s): a. National Electoral Management Body
Comments: Out of the three EMBs, it is the National Jury of Elections which is in charge of these functions, even during the non-electoral period.

National civic education


Question:Is there a national civic education campaign (rights and responsibilities of citizens)?
Answer(s): b. Yes, conducted by the National Electoral Management Body
Comments: The National Jury for Elections is in charge of conducting voter education programs that raise political awareness of the public. For that purpose, it may enter into agreements with schools, universities and the media. In addition, the Electoral Information and Education Department of the National Office for Electoral Processes is in charge of education campaigns, voter outreach and orientation.
