Answer(s): a. Head of State is the Head of Government

Comments: The executive power is exercised by the President who is both the head of state and the head of government. The president and vice-president are elected jointly and directly by absolute majority of voters.

Comments: The president, who is both the head of state and the head of government, is elected by absolute majority of votes. If none of the candidates obtains the required majority, a second round of elections is held between the two candidates with the most votes on the last Sunday of the month of November of the same year.
